Mazda MX-5 NC 2.5L Turbo — 430HP Development Build
A full development build combining a 2.5L Duratec platform with a custom turbo system, engineered to deliver supercar-level performance while retaining factory drivability.
The turbo system was developed in collaboration between Lefkaditis Motorsport and DMS Tuned, integrating precision hardware fabrication with structured dyno calibration.

Dyno Output
Final measured output: 430 horsepower, with strong and controlled midrange torque delivery.
Despite the power level, the vehicle maintains factory-like refinement, smooth throttle response and stable cold-start operation.
Developed and validated on our in-house dyno facility.
Calibration Philosophy
The calibration strategy focused on torque modeling, ignition stability and safe AFR control under boost.
This build demonstrates that high-output forced induction can coexist with stock ECU logic and OEM drivability when developed through structured dyno testing and controlled revision workflow.
