This Mazda MX-5 NC1 2.0 originally tuned 7 years ago returned for a full dyno recalibration. With the exact same hardware setup, the goal was to optimize ignition, fueling and camshaft strategy using updated calibration methods.

After DMS Fine Tune: 206HP / 228Nm
Net Gain: +11HP / +11Nm

Refined ignition timing, improved fueling accuracy and optimized camshaft phasing strategy resulted in a smoother torque curve, stronger mid-range pull and improved top-end extension — all achieved without any hardware changes.
