DMS RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for both general and defective products under the following conditions:

• The item may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
• Refunds are issued after inspection and confirmation of product condition.
• For defective items, photos or video may be requested before approval.

Engines & Camshafts:
Returns for engines and camshafts are handled only after discussion to verify the issue and determine the cause. Engines must not be opened, disassembled, or run after failure without prior approval.
