DMS RETURN POLICY

We accept returns only for defective products, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be proven defective upon inspection.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The customer may be asked to provide photos or video to verify the defect before approval.
  • Refunds or replacements for defective items are processed after inspection.

Engines & Camshafts:
Returns for engines and camshafts are handled only after discussion to verify the issue and determine the cause.
